Our Process

Step 1 – Client Brief

A client meeting directly with the client to gain a full understanding of:

Action – This stage is documented and signed off for approval by the hiring manager and any other decision maker.

Step 2 – Candidate Specification

A Candidate Profile and Job Description is then generated from a detailed briefing meeting and also from our knowledge of the market.

This is mainly focused around:

Step 3 – Search Strategy

Action – This Talent Mapping exercise is presented to the client to ascertain the match of individual experience and background before any approaches begin.

Step 4 – Approach

Action – Once this is completed, a 1st stage shortlist is then generated and the Project Director will talk through with the client, the individual candidates long-listed before IRC UK commences the formal interviews.

Step 5 – Interview Process and Shortlist

Action – The Final Shortlist is presented to the client in a  face-to-face meeting by the Project Director to discuss each candidate individually and agree on formal client interview dates.

Step 6 – Formal Client Interview

The Project Director can be present in the first client interview.

This is to gain a through understanding of the clients:

This is also important in order for the Project Director to give structured feedback both to the client and candidates as to how the interview went.

Action – The client then feeds back to the Client Director and agrees a 2nd/ Final stage interview process and format.
